    How I Can Help

    Therapy tailored to you

I work with a wide range of concerns using an integrative approach — drawing on the therapy that best fits your story. Below are some of the areas I most often support.

    Individual Therapy

    One-to-one, weekly online sessions

A dedicated space to explore what you're carrying, understand the patterns beneath it, and build a life that feels more like your own. Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly or fortnightly, and shaped around what matters most to you.

    Anxiety & Stress

    Gentle, practical support for overwhelm

Learn to work with an anxious mind rather than against it. We'll explore the root of what's driving the overwhelm, and build steady, evidence-based tools drawn from mindfulness, somatic work and CBT-informed approaches.

    Trauma & PTSD

    Attachment-based, somatic, trauma-informed

Trauma lives in the body as much as the mind. Together we'll move carefully — never faster than you feel safe — to help your nervous system settle, integrate difficult experiences and reclaim a sense of safety.

    Relationships & Intimacy

    For individuals and couples

Explore the way you connect, communicate and love. Whether you're navigating conflict, disconnection, betrayal or wanting to deepen closeness, we'll draw on EFT and attachment-based work to rebuild trust and understanding.

    Grief & Loss

Space to feel what needs to be felt

Loss reshapes us. My role isn't to hurry you through it, but to sit alongside you as you grieve, integrate and slowly find your footing again — at whatever pace feels honest to your experience.

    Life Transitions

    Navigating change with clarity

Big transitions — divorce, career change, becoming a parent, midlife, empty nest — can bring both grief and possibility. Together we'll make sense of what's ending and gently orient toward what's next.

    Integrative Coaching

    Purpose, direction, alignment

For those who feel psychologically well but stuck. Coaching sessions combine therapeutic depth with practical, forward-focused work around purpose, boundaries, career and personal growth.

    Self-esteem & Self-worth

    Coming home to yourself

Rebuild the relationship with the person you spend every day with — you. We'll explore the inner critic, the roots of self-doubt, and the beliefs that keep you small, and gently begin to write a new story.

    Areas I Work With

    What we can explore together

People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons, and you don't need a diagnosis or the right words to begin. Below are some of the things I'm often asked to help with — take your time, and see what resonates.

Living with anxiety can feel exhausting. Your mind may struggle to switch off, constantly expecting the worst or feeling on edge. Together, we can gently explore what's happening beneath the anxiety, helping your nervous system feel safer and more settled.

Sometimes life simply becomes too much. You may feel emotionally flooded, mentally exhausted, or unable to cope with everyday demands. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what's contributing to that overwhelm, and begin finding steadier ground.

If you've spent years doubting yourself or feeling “not good enough,” those beliefs often have a story behind them. Therapy can help you understand where they came from and begin developing a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Not everyone who comes to therapy has experienced a single traumatic event. Sometimes it's the accumulation of difficult experiences, stress, loss, neglect, or emotional overwhelm that leaves a lasting impact. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe, helping you process what happened and move towards healing.

Whether you're struggling with a partner, family member, friend or colleague, relationship difficulties can be deeply painful. Therapy can help you understand recurring patterns, improve communication, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Many of our adult relationships are influenced by the ways we learned to connect with others in childhood. Together, we can gently explore these patterns, helping you build relationships that feel safer, more secure and more authentic.

Grief isn't limited to bereavement. We can also grieve relationships, health, identity, opportunities, or the life we thought we'd have. Therapy provides a compassionate space to make sense of loss in all its forms.

When you've been carrying too much for too long, your mind and body eventually begin asking you to slow down. Therapy can help you understand the causes of stress and burnout, reconnect with your needs, and restore balance.

Depression can leave you feeling numb, disconnected, hopeless, or as though you're simply surviving each day. You don't have to carry that weight alone. Therapy offers a place where you can begin to understand what lies beneath those feelings.

Anger is often a protective emotion rather than the problem itself. Together, we can explore what's underneath the anger, helping you respond with greater understanding rather than simply reacting.

Whether it's food, alcohol, work, shopping, scrolling, or other habits, many coping behaviours develop for understandable reasons. Rather than focusing on willpower, therapy explores the emotional needs these patterns may be trying to meet.

If you often put everyone else first, struggle to say no, or feel responsible for other people's emotions, therapy can help you understand why those patterns developed and learn healthier ways of caring for yourself alongside others.

Perfectionism often grows from a desire to feel safe, accepted or worthy. It can leave you constantly striving while never feeling enough. Therapy can help loosen the grip of impossible standards and create more self-compassion.

Wanting connection while simultaneously fearing it can feel confusing and lonely. Therapy offers a safe space to gently explore those fears and understand the experiences that may have shaped them.

You may have spent so long adapting to life or looking after others that you've lost touch with who you really are. Therapy can help you reconnect with your emotions, values, needs and sense of self.

Our early experiences shape how we see ourselves, other people and the world. Even if your childhood didn't seem obviously traumatic, the emotional experiences you had growing up may still be influencing your life today.

Living with ADHD or autism can bring unique strengths alongside challenges such as overwhelm, emotional regulation, sensory sensitivities, masking, organisation, or relationships. Therapy provides a supportive space that works with your neurodivergent way of experiencing the world.

Families can be a source of love, but also pain, conflict, misunderstanding or distance. Therapy can help you navigate complicated family relationships and make sense of the impact they've had on you.

A lack of confidence often isn't because something is wrong with you. It's frequently rooted in past experiences that shaped how you see yourself. Therapy helps you build confidence from the inside out, rather than simply learning to appear confident.

Major life changes — even positive ones — can feel unsettling. Whether you're changing careers, becoming a parent, retiring, moving home, or navigating another significant transition, therapy can help you adjust with greater clarity and resilience.

You can feel lonely even when surrounded by other people. Therapy offers a genuine, supportive relationship where you can explore feelings of isolation, deepen your understanding of yourself, and build more meaningful connections with others.

If your inner voice is constantly telling you that you're failing or not enough, therapy can help you understand where that voice came from. Together, we work towards replacing harsh self-judgement with greater compassion and acceptance.

Sometimes it's difficult to know why you feel stuck — you simply know that something isn't working anymore. Therapy provides space to pause, reflect, and discover what may be holding you back so you can begin moving forward again.

You may be questioning who you are, what you want, or how you want to live your life. Therapy isn't only about healing difficulties — it's also about deepening self-understanding and creating a life that feels more authentic.

Therapy is an invitation to become curious about yourself with compassion rather than judgement. As you begin to understand your thoughts, emotions, nervous system and patterns more deeply, lasting change often follows naturally.
